|Municipal sewage mainly comes from domestic sewage discharged from households, organs, commerce, urban public facilities and appropriate industrial production wastewater. There are mainly animal and vegetable oils, suspended solids, carbohydrates, proteins, surfactants, nitrogen and phosphorus compounds, microorganisms and so on. The BOD/COD value reaches 0.5-0.6.||At present, the treatment processes of sewage treatment plants built in cities mostly adopt primary treatment and secondary treatment. The primary treatment process is mature, mainly using physical methods. Sand particles and large suspended solids in wastewater can be removed by precipitation, grille interception and other means. Biochemical methods are mainly used in secondary treatment. Nitrogen, phosphorus and other nutrients in wastewater, as well as suspended dissolved organic matter, can be removed by means of microbial life activities.|
|The sewage from machinery manufacturing industry is produced by production workshop. Most of the industrial sewage produced by machinery manufacturing workshop contains cobalt, nickel, manganese, cadmium, mercury and other heavy metals.||The main difficulty of sewage treatment in mechanical manufacturing industry lies in the different sewage treatment processes that must be adopted for different mechanical manufacturing projects, including deoiling, softening, heat treatment, surface treatment, degradation, reduction and removal of heavy metal pollutants, which are all difficult problems for enterprises in the sewage treatment process during mechanical manufacturing production.|

Mine wastewater treatment mainly includes screening method, gravity separation method, concentration clarification coagulation precipitation, chemical precipitation, adsorption method, ion exchange method, membrane separation method, concentration, dehydration (filtration), drying, etc.
Mine acidic wastewater treatment mainly includes neutralization, sulfide precipitation flotation, microbial method, electrochemistry, ion exchange method, etc.
|Leather tanning generally includes three stages: preparation, tanning and finishing. In the preparation section before tanning, the main pollutants include organic wastes, inorganic wastes and organic compounds. In tanning section, the main pollutants are inorganic salts and heavy metal chromium. In the finishing section, the pollutants are dyes, greases and organic compounds. Therefore, tannery wastewater has the characteristics of large amount of water, large fluctuation of water quality, high pollution load, high alkalinity, high chroma, high suspended matter content, good biodegradability, and has certain toxicity.|
Tannery wastewater has good biodegradability, so biological treatment is the preferred process. The primary treatment comprehensive sewage is balanced by fine grille, aerated sand settling tank, regulating tank and primary settling tank to remove large inorganic particles, some COD and BOD. Secondary treatment is biological treatment, traditional activated sludge process, piston flow reactor, and blown aerated sewage pollutants are degraded or removed to the greatest extent at this stage.
Finally, the sewage is put into the chemical tank for chemical coagulation and precipitation. The coagulant is alkaline aluminium chloride, and the inclined tube is used for precipitation. SS and COD in sewage were further reduced.
