II. Low Temperature Drying of Sludge
The low-temperature drying equipment of sludge developed by Taimei Environment is based on the principle of low-temperature heat pump dehumidification, using convective hot air drying to dehydrate and dehydrate the wet sludge on the belt. The whole system is fully closed design, and there is no heat loss in hot air drying.
The refrigeration system is used to cool and dehumidify the wet air from the drying chamber while recovering the latent heat of water condensation and reheating the dry air.
