            High Efficiency Deep Sludge Dewaterer

            According to the sludge treatment technology proposed by western developed countries, combined with China's national conditions and energy saving and emission reduction policies, on the basis of extensive study and Research on domestic counterparts'sludge treatment technology, the company, with the help of scientific research institutions such as Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Tongji University, has explored a set of practical new sludge treatment technologies suitable for China's national conditions. The water content of sludge can be reduced to less than 60% by using a complete set of equipment and special conditioning agent for deep dewatering of sludge. The filtered sludge has high chemical stability and can be used for landfill covering and building materials. The existing problems of sludge treatment in China are effectively solved. At present, four types of specifications have been formed to meet different sludge treatment capacity and different needs of customers.

            The deep dewaterer of TMSD is divided into four pressure filters: low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure and ultra-high pressure. The pressure filters are automatically controlled by pneumatic components. The variable frequency speed regulation is adjusted according to the requirement of output and water content. The pressure filters change the traditional pattern of pressure filters after sewage coagulation, but paste sludge direct pressure filters.

            II. Low Temperature Drying of Sludge

            The low-temperature drying equipment of sludge developed by Taimei Environment is based on the principle of low-temperature heat pump dehumidification, using convective hot air drying to dehydrate and dehydrate the wet sludge on the belt. The whole system is fully closed design, and there is no heat loss in hot air drying.

            The refrigeration system is used to cool and dehumidify the wet air from the drying chamber while recovering the latent heat of water condensation and reheating the dry air. It is the combination of dehumidification (dehumidification and drying) and heat pump (energy recovery), and it is the recycling of energy in the drying process.

            Ⅲ. Low-temperature Concentration Technology of Dangerous Wastewater

            Through the conversion of internal negative pressure system, distillation kettle, exchange system and heat energy system of equipment itself, the raw liquor of high-risk wastewater is heat exchanged, so that the raw liquor is gasified at 25-40 C, then recycled, and the remaining raw liquor is discharged from the outlet after reaching the set concentration value. The whole system is fully automated, easy to operate and stable to operate.

            Main Use of CDS Equipment

            At present, it mainly concentrates and decreases the hazardous waste liquids listed in the "HW8, 9, 12, 17, 31, 34" series by the state. The equipment is fully automated. The equipment is automatically adjusted to 25-40 degrees Celsius. The waste liquor boils and vaporizes automatically. After 20 minutes, the water in the waste liquor is distilled automatically. The concentrated waste liquor is discharged automatically after reaching the preset concentration value. The equipment automatically feeds, replenishes and discharges fluid.


            Concentration rate of different high-risk wastewater (depending on the solid content of wastewater) is as high as 75%-90%.
